Its almost 1:00 on Tuesday afternoon...the second day in my desire to eat better. Breakfast was 1 Quaker Oats Low Sugar Oatmeal packet w/ peanut butter. The low sugar ones have less calories and more good stuff than the Simple Additions packets do.
At Mom's group snack was Popcorn and individually wrapped candy. I had a cup of popcorn and 1 bite size Twix, because I have been hungry for a Twix. After Mom's group I wanted something to eat for lunch...but could not think of anywhere that would have a drive though and clean eating food. We had to make a return at Target and when to the freezer section. I got a Kashi Chicken Florentine. It was not to bad. It has 22g Protien and 5g of Fiber. It has been a couple of years since I purchased a freezer meal.
I was at the gym from 5:15-6:15...Did the water rower, bikes for 20 minutes and did some weights.
Supper tonight is beef roast and coleslaw. Now to find a recipe for coleslaw...I did not buy any at Target because they all have HFCS in them.
